The Eighth-Grade students have recently studied the Blizzard of 1966, Flood of 1997, and Hazel Miner.
Mrs. Paintner visited our class on May 4, to talk to the kids about a winter survival kit. Students
learned that survival kits are an essential item to have when traveling or venturing out into
areas that are prone to adverse weather conditions.
