Griggs County Central School District

Attention Parents & Athletes: DRMC will be offering Sports Physicals at Griggs County Central School on July 29 and 30 from 9am to 5pm. Appointments will be scheduled in 20 minute increments with providers, Steven Barlow or Hannah Zaun. Look for the packets in the blue folder in the school foyer or pick up at DRMC. Call 701-786-1700 to schedule or for questions. Cost is $30 these two days. This can be paid ahead of time if they are picking up the packets or completing documentation at DRMC. Also, if you need a time outside of the scheduled 9-5 hours call DRMC. Reminder you must have your physical done before your first practice. (If you will be doing your physical at a different clinic please use the forms in the black folder.)
