In Partnership with Bismarck State College and Mesabi Range College (MN), American Crystal Sugar is offering 100% scholarships to students pursuing Associate of Applied Science degrees (two-years) in:
- Power Generation Technology
- Process Technology
- Industrial Mechanical Technology
- Electrical Controls & Maintenance

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity ACT (WIOA)
WIOA has grant funds for training or college! Applicants in approved programs may receive up to $16,000.00 for the costs of tuition, books ad fees. Occupations such as auto mechanics, culinary arts, paramedic, precision agriculture and civil engineering are part of the In Demand Occupations List issued by Job Service North Dakota. Who is eligible for WIOA? Here are some of the ways an individual may qualify:
- Have learning challenges or a disability
- Have math or reading skills below the 9th grade level
- Are homeless, a runaway or foster child
- Are pregnant or parenting
- Have had legal issues
- Meet income guidelines
- Have other barriers or issues impacting education or employment
