Good Luck to the Varsity Baseball team at the Region 2 Baseball Tournament starting Saturday, May 16 & Monday, May 18 thru Wednesday, May 20 at Mayville State University. The Maple River Raiders will face the Larimore Polar Bears starting at 11:00am Saturday. Play-in game & 1st Round are single elimination (Games 1, 2, & 3) Remainder of tournament will be double elimination. Higher seed is home team throughout the tournament. Admission for Adults is $10, Students are $5, & Tournament Pass is $20.

The 2nd grade class took a field trip to Mrs. Dahl's yesterday 5/12. The class explored the hills, got out into the sunshine, visited the lambs and cows, and had a picnic.

The JV Boys Golf meet has been changed to 1:00pm. The team will leave GCC at 10:20am.

The JH Baseball game against Mayville will be in Hope today starting at 4:30pm. The team will leave GCC at 2:30pm.

Also Good Luck to the Varsity & JV Baseball teams today as they host Larimore in Hope starting at 4:30pm. They will leave GCC at 2:30pm. There will be NO JH practice today.

Come out tomorrow, Sunday, May 10th from 10:30am to 1:00pm for a Mother's Day Brunch to support the Washington DC/New York City Student Trip in the spring of 27. The Brunch will be held at the GCC Multipurpose Gym. We'll have a variety of egg bakes, breads/cakes, fresh fruit, coffee & lemondade. Free Will donation of $15 suggested.

Congratulations to Audrey Eslinger who received a one rating for an Excellent performance and Joel Brown who received a STAR rating for a Superior performance at the State Music Contest on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Audrey performed a vocal solo of “May You Always Have A Song” by Albrecht/Althouse and Joel performed a vocal solo of “Give Me Wings” by Mark Patterson.
