The JH Boys Basketball Jamboree at GCC scheduled for today, January 13th has been postponed.
The 7-12th grade Griggs-Midkota Snowball Dance semi-formal will be held at Midkota High School on Saturday, January 27th from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Admission is $10. Out of town dates are welcome. They will register at the ticket table.

Boys and Girls Basketball Schedule Changes for next week:
The BBB game times with Kidder County in Steele on Monday, January 15, have been moved up. JV will start at 1pm with Varsity to follow. The bus will leave GCC at 9:30am.
The JH GBB games on Tuesday, January 16 will consist of 6 quarters. There will be a C squad BBB game vs Nelson County at Lakota beginning at 5:15pm. The bus will leave GCC at 3:30pm.
The JH BBB games on Thursday, January 18, at Warwick have been canceled. JV will begin at 5:30pm with Varsity to follow. Bus leaves GCC at 3:35pm .
The JH and JV GBB games on Friday, January 19, at Warwick have been canceled. There will be a Varsity ONLY game beginning at 5:30pm. Bus leaves GCC at 3:35pm.

Our elementary students in grades 1-4 have been working on basketball skills in physical education and will have the opportunity to show them off at half time performances at the home GBB contests on January 16th. Grades 1 and 2 will perform at half time of the 8th grade game at about 5:10pm. Grades 3 and 4 will perform at half time of the JV game at about 6:30pm. We hope your child will come show off their skills on the court on January 16th!!

The GCC Student Council presents Holiday Dress Up Days, December 18th, 19th, & 20th. Monday is Christmas Colors Day; dress in your best red and green. Tuesday is Holiday Head-to-Toe; wear holiday headgear, ugly Christmas sweater, and festive socks. Wednesday is Pajama Day; dress in your coziest pjs for the last day of the semester. Students will enjoy a popcorn & movie at the Cooper Theatre and frosted sugar cookies! Also, the Student Council will collect Socks for Santa at the Dec 18th Home Girls Basketball Game. Bring new pairs of socks to the game or to the school to donate to local shelters.
